Giving
The obligatory nature of tithes and offerings is the eleventh of our tenets. Giving is worship — and it is how the work of this house goes on.
Why We Give
We give because we have received. You come to view Jesus as Lord and obey him out of gratitude for his saving grace — as an outgrowth of his sanctification, not as a basis for being justified. Giving works the same way.
Your tithes and offerings sustain the ministry of this assembly: the Sunday service, the weekday prayer meetings, the Women’s Movement, the Men’s Ministry, the Youth and Children’s Ministries, APOSA, and our evangelism and outreach into the city.
Please feel no obligation whatsoever. Giving is for the church family. You are our guest.

Questions About Giving
A tithe is the first tenth, returned to God as an act of obedience and worship. An offering is anything given beyond that — freely, as you purpose in your heart.
It sustains the ministry of the DFW Shekinah Assembly and supports the wider work of The Apostolic Church International, U.S.A.
Yes. Please contact Christina Boafo, our Financial Secretary, through the contact page and she will assist you.
Then please do not. Come and worship, and let the church family walk with you. If you need help, tell a pastor — that is exactly what we are here for.
Seek the kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
